We propose either percentage‑of‑construction, fixed stages, or hourly for advisory. A tailored proposal is issued after the first consultation.

What about timelines?

Typical single dwelling: 6–9 months design & approvals, 7–12 months construction. Commercial timelines vary with authority and site constraints.

Do you handle submissions?

Yes. We coordinate all drawings and forms for the relevant authorities and manage responses.
